SPRING BREAK IS FINALLY HERE

Last time I made a journal entry it was during my winter break, but what can I say, between school and friends I'm all tied up. I haven't sat down and drawn in a while, but I have been reading a lot of material and sketching here and there when I can. I'll be cleaning up and working on some Homework, along with whatever free time I have with my friends, but I know I'll have plenty of time to draw and scan some of my work so there should be some updates

looking through my old drawings and comics I have come to the conclusion that I should stop both "Wanna-Be" and "Four High Tides"
neither have strong stories and need a LOT of work before I can consider them good enough to continue on from. I will finish both with whatever pages I have scanned after that no more; I'll move on with a new start and do it right. I have learned on my own that to create a good comic you need to:
-Come up with a creative story with in your capabilities as an artist yet gives you room to challenge yourself.
-To analyze the story from beginning to end, knowing every turn and twist in the plot, knowing when and what the characters should say or think.
-To make your story Solid and not out of a pure thought, write it out, share and get others thoughts on the idea.
-Know your characters as if they were real people, must be able to draw them at any angle with any facial expression and even when you think you have them mastered, keep drawing them.
-Sketch out each page, try a variety of angles and view points that suit the event taking place and don't forget where to place thought/speech bubbles! Look for mistakes and things that don't fit after words.~
- Take your time on the final! don't rush anything or it'll look sloppy, use your best tools and don't panic over mistakes -it will only make more-.  
- And lastly don't fret from a lack of viewers or the amount of pages you have, in time things will improve.

I can't say when, or what I'll be working on as far as the comics go, I have a lot of pages for "Wanna-Be" and "Four High Tides" that I've already have drawn out. Not to mention the ever changing factor of my school work and social life that comes to play, in fact there is a chance that -sadly- I might have to pack my things and move in the mist of my summer. All are still 'maybes' and 'I don't knows' so nothing is for sure; I'm hoping I can stay were I was practically grew up but I'll go were ever my family takes me with out an argument if it comes to that.

In any case I will update what I can during this week of freedom but after that my focus is on the HSAP and my diet!
only after the HSAP will I'll have time again to goof off as I please so until then-
